Through extensive knowledge and insight into primary care delivery workshops are tailored to your educational needs for any part of the hormonal timeline. Through the use of presentations and accompanying toolboxes of resources on subject areas such as contraception , HRT , and Gynaecological conditions my aim is to aid understanding and knowledge to the level required for your audience base. CBT Course

British Menopause Soceity trained as a provider of a six week course CBT for Hot flushes the course facilitates self-management strategies for women with problematic menopause symptoms where HRT is not wished for or is a contraindication. Course cohorts will be small to enable a safe space to explore feelings and behaviours Group exercises supported to build strategies required for ongoing change behaviour.
